Timely support cannot be conducted through email. Telephone messages can easily be checked throughout the day, emails cannot as the Tutor is usually working with clients. Email is checked less frequently. It is quicker to leave a DETAILED voice message for the Tutor. If a client chooses to use email, all email questions will be tracked for invoicing. When an hour of time is reached, an invoice will be sent. Thank you for understanding that this too, is considered billable time.
