Teaching, training and troubleshooting are always arranged at the client's convenience, and at times, with little notice - at the client's office, home, or the Tutor's office in Danvers, MA.
The Computor Tutor has immense respect for the client's time and will never waste it. In the unlikely event the Tutor will be delayed, a timely phone call will be made to the client alerting them of the delay. If the client is unable to accommodate the delay, the Tutor will re-schedule the appointment, giving the client as much preference for date and time, as possible, as well as a round of profuse apologies, sometimes chocolate to ease the pain.
Punctuality is a highly prized virtue and one The Computor Tutor takes very seriously. The Tutor will generally not be early or late, knowing that those extra minutes prior to an appoinment are just as precious as the time after the appointment is completed. My clients can all thank my parents for that respect - it was one of the golden rules of growing up in our household of five children.
