PRICING Services are provided and invoiced by the hour, not by the job. It is almost impossible to quote how much time an installation or problem solving visit will take. Many factors are involved from the physical location of the computer or component in question, to the age of the computer (older machines are slower), to the type of visit: software mis-behaving, internet won't connect, new printer won't talk to older computer, etc.
Travel charges: there may be a charge for travel, given the Tutor's location in Danvers, MA and your location, say on the Cape. One hour of travel is usually charged when the client's location is more than 20 miles from the Tutor's location.
Charges per hour range from $70.00 - $150.00
Payment is expected on the day the services are provided. Cash or check are the only accepted forms of payment.

Prices vary by individual need, number of trainees, classroom training, educational institution, geographic location, emergencies, special requests, holidays, evenings, etc. Please call for a telephone quotation for your particular needs.

The library has created a Wish List for books that are in need of replacement from years of wear and tear.
