Many clients ask for recommendations on where to get their computer hardware repaired. The Tutor's expertise is primarily software driven and even though the Tutor can diagnose a hardware problem, the Tutor sticks to doing what the Tutor does best: software. That being said, the Tutor can usually tell a client if a repair is worth the time or money.

The Tutor does not advocate the instant disposal of a broken computer or computer component, but there is an economy of scale that plays into the decision of fix/buy new. The Tutor will give the best advice for the given age and problem of the item and the client will be able to make a more informed, economical decision.
