Always leave a phone number!!

If at first it misbehaves:

Shut it off, and turn it on.

 

Patience:

It is a virtue. Practice it when computing.

 

Updates:

Adobe, Java, Anti-virus, MAC OS, Windows: accept all of them.

 

Shutting Down:

Do so at least once a week. This gives the computer time to clean itself.

 

Error Messages:

WRITE them down.
