THE TUTOR TALES
Tales told at the Tutor's Table.
For a bit of amusement and posterity, the Tutor created a blog about some of the more memorable computor tutoring experiences during the last twenty-something years.
You may chuckle, you may recognize yourself (no names will ever be used), you may commiserate and empathize. The reality is that somewhere, somehow, everything has some humor in it. Sometimes the humor isn't immediate, sometimes not evident until someone else points it out. And sometimes, it takes a step back, several deep breaths and weeks to pass before the humor shines through. Or not. Okay. I know some of you still aren't laughing and would just as soon have thrown the silly thing out the window (that too, could be funny) but I still believe that laughter is the best medicine, and changing an attitude is easier than changing anything else.
This is the un-serious side of computing. It may put a smile (or two) on your face. And remember, no one is laughing AT anyone, the humor comes from others experiencing similar computing predicaments. I know misery loves company, but so does a comedian. You read that here first.
